Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Any information you give us will only be used for the initial purpose it was given for, and only for that. We are currently not collecting personal information on any sort of database, the only information we temporarily hold will be in any email you send us.

We use a professional mail service which is protected by firewalls and anti virus/anti spam software.

We will not use your email address for any other purpose, we will not sell or pass it on to any other party unless asked to do so by any law enforcement agency.

We currently do not collect any personal data from our website, the scripts we use are those of google for analytical purposes only.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files that websites can write to your hard drive when you visit them. Once written, the cookie can only be accessed by the site that originally created it. Our site uses cookies to store personal site preferences we do not store or access any of your personal data.

GDPR

What we have done is to delete all contact/personal information from all of our servers. We are asking potential clients who have a legitimate interest in any of our products to email our info address directly. That way you are in full control of the information you include in your email. We will delete anything you directly ask us to.

We will then only respond to your specific enquiry - if that comes to nothing we will delete your email address and/or only contact you if you subsequently email us again or ask for more information.

Our mail servers are hosted on a secured platform with SSL/TLS connections and that platform also includes spam and anti-virus protection.

All of our local PC's are protected by our partner's (Bitdefender) cloud based security software.

Our local IBM i is used for development only and does not contain any personal information.
